Keep your bass looking and sounding its best. The SWX-12G steel mesh subwoofer grille from PowerBass is the simple, good-looking way to guard your 12in subwoofer against everyday knocks and stray cargo, and at Safe and Sound we have been fitting and finishing installs like this for over 30 years.
Cheap insurance for an expensive subwoofer
A subwoofer cone is one of the most exposed parts of any boot install. A dropped toolbox, a shifting bag of shopping or a curious passenger can leave you with a torn surround or a dented cone. The SWX-12G steel mesh subwoofer grille puts a tough barrier between your sub and the real world, so your bass keeps hitting the way it should.
A clean, factory-finished look
Protection aside, this grille smartens up the whole install. Its one-piece uni-body design gives a neat, purposeful finish to a custom sub box or boot build, while the corrosion-resistant black coating keeps it looking sharp through dust, damp and daily use.
Fits in seconds, no extra hardware
There is nothing fiddly here. The SWX-12G is designed for PowerBass 2XL and 3XL Series 12in subwoofers, and it mounts using the subwoofer’s own supplied beauty ring to hold it securely in place. That means no extra brackets, screws or drilling, just a clean fit in seconds.
